# Data & access: deletion, support access and popups

Delete lead data automatically after a campaign ends, give our support team access, and limit popups on your site.

Go to **Settings** > **Data & access**. You need the Owner or Admin role to see this page.

## Delete lead data automatically

Keep personal data only as long as you need it. Under **Data deletion**:

1. Turn on **Enabled** under **Automatic campaign data deletion**.
2. Enter "The number of days after a campaign ends before the lead data is deleted", for example 30.
3. Click **Save**.

When the time has passed, the leads of ended campaigns are deleted for good, including their data and consents. It can't be undone, so export what you need to keep, or send it to your email tool, before then.

## Support access

Turn on **Support access** to let our support team open your campaigns to help you. You can turn it off again at any time. Our team may also ask for access in the chat, where you can click **Yes, grant access**. You can also grant access to a single campaign with **Grant support access** in its menu.

## Popups on your website

These settings apply to all popups on your website(s):

- **Popups per session**: "How many popups should be shown in a single session on a website? (leave at 0 to allow unlimited)". A session is one visit.
- **Popup delay**: "Set a delay (in minutes) between showing different popups, if you have multiple on your website (leave at 0 to disable any delay)".

## Email domains

Add your own sender address for campaign emails. See [Send emails from your own domain](https://scratcher.io/help/sharing/email-sending-domain).
