Translate the whole campaign
- If you want to keep the original, first add a language version. See Run a campaign in several languages.
- In the campaign you want to translate, open Settings > Localization and set the Language you want to translate into.
- Click Translate the campaign. The Translate campaign dialog opens.
- Optional: describe the tone in Tone (optional), for example "friendly and casual, keep it short". If you leave it empty, the tone of voice from your AI profile is used.
- Click Translate.
The translation takes one to three minutes. The editor shows a loader meanwhile, so nothing is changed during the translation. It covers the texts on all pages, the emails, prize names and descriptions, and your custom error messages. The new texts replace the old ones.
If it doesn't work, you see "Translation failed. Please try again." No tokens are used for a failed translation.
Translate with Rex
In the editor, ask Rex:
- "Translate this campaign into French." Rex asks you to confirm first, because it replaces every text.
- "Translate this page into Swedish."
- Select a text and ask "Translate this into German."
Translate one text
Click a text and click Translate with AI into the campaign's language in the text toolbar.
Check the result
AI translations are good, but read them through, ideally with a native speaker. Check your terms, prize details, consent texts and dates especially well.
AI tokens
Translating uses AI tokens. A whole campaign uses more than a single text or page.
