What you can ask Rex

Rex can help with almost every part of Scratcher. Below you find the areas Rex covers, with example questions you can copy. Write them in your own words and your own language: Rex understands what you mean.

Some questions only work in the campaign editor, where Rex knows the campaign you have open. They are marked "in the editor". Others work anywhere.

Getting started and finding your way

Rex explains how Scratcher works and takes you to the right place.

Rex can open any main page of the platform, for example Campaigns, Leads, Plan, Integrations, Delivery status, Assets, Campaign Schedules, Users, Company, AI profile, Data & access, Activity log, Referral program, API and Webhooks. It can open a campaign by name, and go straight to its editor or to one of its tabs: Dashboard, Game data, Leads, Prizes, Products, Emails, Leaderboard or Custom Dashboard (when the campaign has that tab).

Choosing a template and building a campaign

Every campaign starts from a template. Rex helps you choose, explains the formats and suggests a good setup.

Good to know: the numbers Rex reads for a campaign are all-time totals, not for the period you have selected on the dashboard. Rex tells you when that matters.

What Rex won't do
