Rewrite one text
- In the editor, click a text. The floating text toolbar appears.
- Click the magic wand, AI text editing.
- In Enter a prompt..., say what you want, for example "shorter and more playful" or "add urgency, the campaign ends Sunday".
- Click Generate. The button shows Generating... while AI writes.
The new text replaces the old one, in the campaign's language. It keeps about the same length unless you ask for longer or shorter, and it keeps dynamic tags such as the prize name. Use Undo (Ctrl/Cmd+Z) if you liked the old one better.
Rewrite with Rex
In the editor, Rex can rewrite one text or a whole page at once:
- Select a text and ask: "Make this more playful."
- "Rewrite all texts on this page in a friendlier tone."
- "Make the headline on the intro page shorter."
- "Write the button texts in a more inviting way."
Rex can also read all texts of a page first, so you can ask "Review the copy on the finish page. Anything unclear?" before you change anything. Reading is free.
Rex uses the tone of voice from your AI profile unless you ask for something else. Some texts, such as texts that must not be translated, are left as they are.
Tips
- Be specific: "for parents of small children, max 10 words" works better than "better".
- Say what to keep: "keep the prize name and the date".
- Fill in your AI profile, so texts match your brand's voice from the start.
- Always read the result before you publish. AI can get facts wrong, such as dates and prize details.
AI tokens
Each rewritten text uses AI tokens. When Rex rewrites a whole page, each text on the page counts. See AI tokens and privacy.
