# Add-ons: extra users, languages and features

Add extra users, languages, special formats, the email module and more to your plan, and cancel them again.

Add-ons let you add a single feature without moving to a bigger plan.

## The add-ons

- **Extra user**: another user on your account.
- **Extra language**: make language versions of your campaigns.
- **Special formats**: calendars, leaderboards, countdowns and pre-registration.
- **Email module**: send emails to players, such as prize emails and double opt-in.
- **Custom url**: run campaigns on your own domain.
- **Email sender**: send campaign emails from your own address.
- **Customizable dashboards**: build your own dashboards.

Some plans include some of these already. Then the add-on says **Included in plan**.

## Buy an add-on

You need a paid plan to buy add-ons.

1. Go to **Settings** > **Plan & billing** > **Add-on features**.
2. Click **Add** on the add-ons you want (click **Remove** to take one out again), or set the number you want, for example of extra users.
3. Check the total at the bottom: the **Monthly extra payment** and any **One-time payment**.
4. Click **Proceed to checkout**, read the confirmation and click **Confirm purchase**.

Each add-on shows its price per month, **Add to subscription** for monthly add-ons, or **One-time payment**. Add-ons that say **Contact us** are set up by our team: click **Contact**.

The price is added to your plan.

## See or cancel your add-ons

Turn on **Display my features** to see the add-ons you have. Click **Cancel** to stop one. It keeps working until the date shown in **Ends at**, and you can click **Resume** to keep it after all. For add-ons with a number, such as extra users, click **Change** to change the number.

Without a paid plan, buying an add-on opens **Upgrade required** with **Go to plans**. The checkout bar shows the **Monthly extra payment** and any **One-time payment**. Confirm in **Confirm upgrade**.
