Before you cancel
- Export your leads. See Export your leads.
- Check your integrations, so leads you need have reached your email tool or CRM.
- End live campaigns and remove the embed script and popup script from your website.
Maybe a smaller plan is enough?
If you mainly need fewer campaigns or users, you can downgrade instead and keep your campaigns and data.
