The free trial
Your trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. The banner at the top shows how many days are left. Click Upgrade now to choose a plan at any time. Your campaigns, settings and leads stay as they are when you upgrade.
The plans
Scratcher has plans for different needs, from a single shop to large brands and agencies. The plans differ in, among other things:
- how many campaigns can be live at the same time
- how many views your campaigns can have
- how many users you can have
- which games, prize types and integrations are included
- extras such as the email module, special formats, custom dashboards and your own domain
See current prices and what each plan includes on our pricing page. In the platform, click your picture and the plan name, or go to Settings > Plan & billing > Plan, and click Compare plans. You can pay monthly or yearly, and save by paying yearly.
On Enterprise and agency plans, prices and features are agreed with our team. Book a meeting to talk about it.
Views
Views count how often your campaigns are loaded. Your plan includes a number of views per month. See your use by clicking your picture: under your plan it says Views. The account owner gets an email when 80% and 90% of the views are used, and when the limit is reached.
When the trial ends
If you haven't chosen a plan when the trial ends:
- You see the page Trial is over when you log in, with the plans to choose from.
- Rex isn't available, but you can still chat with our team.
- Choose a plan to keep your campaigns live and continue where you left off. Click Compare features to see the plans side by side, or Contact sales to talk to us.
If the plans include a free plan, its button says Continue Free. It moves your account to the free plan with its limits, without payment.
Who can buy a plan?
Only the account's Owner can see and change billing. If billing is handled by an agency or by an agreement with Scratcher, you see a message that billing can only be changed by Scratcher. Contact us in the chat.
The plan page at a glance
- The title is Pricing plans for teams of all sizes. Switch between Monthly and Bill annually; the switch shows how much you save by paying yearly.
- The recommended plan is marked Trial plan during your trial, and Most popular after it.
- When a downgrade is waiting, the page says so, with the date and Cancel downgrade. On a yearly plan, it also shows "Your subscription period lasts until" and the date.
- Your plan's button says Current plan. A smaller plan you can't move to yourself says Contact us to downgrade.
- Enterprise account and Agency account have Contact us →.
- Compare plans opens the Pricing plan comparison table: usage (views, participants, Monthly live campaigns, accounts, users), the platform (analytics, integrations, Popup formats, workspaces), features (templates, design kit, elements, game formats, prizes, sharing, Animations & Effects, Mediabank), add-ons (email, special formats, tracking, Embed / URL, product feed, security, Webhooks & API) and Service & Support (email and chat support, the help center, onboarding and a success manager).
- A locked feature shows a tooltip with Get access or Go to Plan & Billing.
