Articles
- Create a campaign from a template Every campaign starts from a ready-made template. Pick one, name it, choose country and language, and you are in the editor.
- Get to know the editor The left panel, the canvas, desktop and mobile views, autosave, the Update button and handy keyboard shortcuts.
- Add, reorder and manage pages The flow is the list of pages players go through. Add intro, form, game and finish pages, or special pages like a countdown.
- Add and edit texts, images and other elements Insert elements, change texts, upload images and fonts, and style everything for desktop and mobile.
- Add your brand with the design kit Set the background, fonts, text colors, links, logo and button style once, and every page of the campaign follows them. Save kits and reuse them in other campaigns.
- Animations, confetti and other effects Make elements fade or bounce in, celebrate wins with confetti or fireworks, and add background music.
- Personalise texts with dynamic tags Show the player's name, their prize, their discount code or today's date in your texts and emails.
- Publish, schedule, pause and end a campaign Set the start and end dates, publish, put changes live with Update, and pause, stop or reactivate a campaign.
- Preview and test your campaign Play your campaign in preview mode, share a preview link or QR code, and run through the test checklist before you share it.
- Editor errors and warnings: what they mean and how to fix them Every error and warning the editor can show, what it means and how to fix it, and which ones stop you from publishing.
- Run a campaign health check Let Scratcher test your live site, embed script, integrations, webhooks, prizes, emails and consent before you launch, and learn what each check means and how to fix it.
- Run a campaign in several languages Set a campaign's language, add language versions for other countries and translate them with AI.
- Organise, copy and delete campaigns Find campaigns with search, filters and tags, keep notes, and copy, move, reset or delete a campaign.
- Send emails to players Send prize emails, confirmations and reminders from your campaign with the email module.
- Plan your year with the Plan calendar See all your campaigns and activities on a timeline, add, edit, copy and delete activities, turn an activity into a campaign, and let AI suggest a plan.
- Products and product feeds Add products to show in a campaign or recommend in a quiz, by hand, from a file or from a product feed.
- Good to know about the editor Inactivity, new versions, editing on a phone, what isn't possible yet, and how your work is saved.
