The editor is where you build your campaign. Everything you change is saved as a draft right away. It only goes live when you click Publish or Update.
The left panel
The left panel has three groups:
- Layout: the Designkit with your colors, fonts and logo. Popups also have Placement here.
- Flow: the pages of your campaign in the order players see them. Click a page to open it. Use Add page to add one, and Reorder to change the order.
- Options:
- Display (popups only): when, where and to whom the popup shows.
- Connect: Integrations, Tracking, Webhooks, Products and Emails.
- Settings: Participation, Embed & URL, Localization, Global Effects, Cookies, Security and Draw.
When you click an element on the page, the left panel shows its settings instead, in the tabs Content, Styles, Settings and Effects. See How element settings work.
The canvas and the toolbar
The page you are editing is shown in the middle. Above it you find:
- Insert, to add elements and games (or press Shift+A).
- Edit background for the current page.
- Undo and Redo. The editor remembers your last 25 steps.
- Desktop, Tablet and Mobile, to see and edit each screen size. Changes you make in the mobile or tablet view only change that layout.
The top bar
- The logo menu has View all campaigns, New campaign, Notes, Keyboard shortcuts, Copy campaign and Delete campaign, and the Grant support access switch. Turn it on to let our support team open the campaign when you ask them for help.
- The flag button shows the campaign's language versions. See Run a campaign in several languages.
- View statistics opens the campaign's dashboard.
- The link button gives you the preview link, the live link, the embed code and QR codes.
- An error icon with a number appears when the editor has found errors or warnings. Click it to see them. See Editor errors and warnings.
- Run campaign health check tests the whole setup, from your website to prizes and emails. See Run a campaign health check.
- Preview lets you play the campaign as a player.
- Publish (or Update when the campaign is live) puts your changes live.
Saving and going live
Your work is saved automatically as you go. When the campaign is live and you have changes that players don't see yet, a dot appears on the Update button: "You have unsaved changes — click Update to publish them". Click Update (or press Ctrl+S, Cmd+S on Mac) to put them live.
One person at a time
Only one person can edit a campaign at a time. If a colleague is editing, you see who it is and can click Request access. They can then click Allow access or Decline.
Keyboard shortcuts
Open the logo menu and click Keyboard shortcuts to see them all. The most useful:
- Ctrl/Cmd+S: save and update the campaign
- Ctrl/Cmd+Z and Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z: undo and redo
- Ctrl/Cmd+.: switch preview mode on and off

- Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+↑ / ↓: previous or next page

Editing on a phone
The full editor needs a computer. On a phone you can still publish, pause or stop a campaign, change its dates and copy its links.

Small things worth knowing
- Double click to edit a name, such as the campaign or a page name.
- In preview mode, the editor shows "You are currently in preview mode".
- Drag a page by its handle (Drag to reorder page) after clicking Reorder.
- When a colleague asks for the campaign, you see Edit access request with Allow access and Decline. If you are the one waiting and you are declined, click Back to campaigns.
