The Campaigns page lists all your campaigns and popups.
Find a campaign
- Type in Search by campaign name….
- Use the tabs All, Active, Draft, Paused and Ended.
- Switch between Campaigns and Popups.
- Click Filters to filter by Campaign type, Game format, Country, Tags or Date range.
- Switch between List view and Grid view.
The list shows each campaign's status, type, tags, views, leads and a 14-day trend.
Tags
Tags help you group campaigns, for example by brand, season or country.
- Click the tags field on a campaign and choose Manage tags.
- Type a New tag name… and click Add tag. Use Rename / recolor tag to change a tag's name or color (or No color), and Delete tag to remove it.
- Click Done.
Filter by tag with Filters > Tags. You can also ask Rex: "Tag this campaign Christmas".
Notes
Notes are for your team, for example "Prize changed after day 3". In the editor, open the logo menu and click Notes, then Write a note and Add note.
Copy a campaign
- Open the Actions menu next to the campaign and click Copy campaign.
- Choose the Account, Country, Campaign name and Timezone. Leave New campaign group on to make an independent copy; turn it off to add the copy as a language version of the original.
- Click Copy. The copy is made in the background, and you are told when it's ready.
The copy starts as a draft with a new link. Its statistics and leads start from zero.
If you have access to several accounts, Move campaign moves a campaign to another account.
Reset data
Reset data removes all leads and statistics of a campaign, for example after testing. It can't be undone.
Delete a campaign
Click Delete campaign in the Actions menu and type the campaign's name to confirm. Deleting can't be undone. Export the leads first if you need them. See Export your leads.
More on notes
Each note shows who wrote it and when. Mark a note as Read or Unread to keep track, and use Delete note to remove it. With no notes, the panel says "No notes saved".
Find campaigns faster
On the Campaigns page, Clear date range removes the date filter. In a campaign's Actions menu, Embed live URL opens the page on your website where the campaign is embedded, and Reset data opens Reset campaign data.
Everything in the Actions menu
What you see depends on the campaign's status and your role:
- Edit campaign: open the editor.
- Dashboard: open the campaign's statistics. See Your campaign dashboard.
- Preview: open the preview link.
- Live: open the live campaign (only when it is live).
- Embed live URL: open the page on your website where the campaign is embedded (only when it is live and embedded).
- Copy campaign and Move campaign (when you have access to several accounts).
- Reset data: asks "Are you sure you want to reset this campaign's data? This will remove all leads and statistics. This action cannot be undone."
- Delete campaign: type the campaign's name to confirm.
- Grant support access: a switch that lets our support team open the campaign when you have asked them for help. Turn it off again when you are done. See Data & access: deletion, support access and popups.
Copying, moving and resetting need permission to edit campaigns, and deleting needs permission to delete them. See Invite users and choose their role.
