Check the delivery status and resend leads # Check the delivery status and resend leads See which leads were sent to your tools, understand the error messages, fix the problem and send them again. **Settings** > **Integrations** > **Delivery status** shows every lead Scratcher has sent to your integrations, and whether it worked. ## Read the list 1. Go to **Settings** > **Integrations** and click **Delivery status**. 2. The cards at the top show **Succeeded deliveries** and **Failed deliveries**. 3. Search by email (**Search by lead email…**), filter **By integration**, or choose a date range. 4. Each row shows the lead's **Name** and **Email**, the **Type** (**New lead** or **Existing lead**, as the other tool reported it), the **Integration**, the **Campaign** and the **Delivery status**: **Succeeded** or **Failed**. ## Find out why a delivery failed Hover over **Failed** to see the error message. Most messages come straight from the other tool. Common ones: - "The API key used does not have the correct API Scopes." (Klaviyo): the key is missing a scope. Give it the scopes in [Connect Klaviyo](https://scratcher.io/help/integrations/klaviyo). - "Conflict: Duplicate profile detected." (Klaviyo): two profiles match the person. Merge them in Klaviyo and resend. - "The API key used is invalid or does not have the correct permissions." (ActiveCampaign): the key changed or its user lost rights. Connect a new key. - "Active Campaign failed to accept the request." (ActiveCampaign): the tool was busy. Resend later. - "Email or domain is banned" (Marketingplatform): the tool blocks this address. It can't be added. - "Request timed out, will retry later.": the other tool didn't answer in time. Resend the lead. Other common reasons: - The connection has expired, or the API key was deleted or changed. Connect the tool again under **Settings** > **Integrations** (**Accounts** > **Add new account**), and choose the new account in the campaign. - A mapped field doesn't exist in the other tool, or the value has the wrong format, for example a phone number without country code. Check **Field mappings**, and use the **Format** setting for phone numbers. - The list was deleted in the other tool. Choose a new **External list** in the campaign. ## Resend a lead 1. Fix the problem first. 2. On the failed row, open the **Select** menu in **Actions** and click **Resend**. 3. To resend several at once, tick their rows first (or tick the box at the top to select all rows on the page), then click **Resend** in the **Select** menu of one of them. All the ticked deliveries are sent again. You can also resend from the **Integrations** tab of a single lead. If you see "Could not find the participant. Please try again.", the lead has been deleted in Scratcher. ## Export the list Click **Export data** to download the list as a CSV file. ## What doesn't show here - Leads left out by **Filter by permissions** are not sent, so they don't show. - Test leads sent with **Test** don't show. - Zapier and webhooks have their own logs: see the Zap history in Zapier, and **Show deliveries** for [webhooks](https://scratcher.io/help/developers/webhooks).
