Zapier connects Scratcher to thousands of other apps without code. For example: add every new sign-up to a Google Sheet, post winners in Slack or create a deal in your CRM.
What you need
- A Zapier account. You can create a free one. Some Zapier features, such as multi-step Zaps, need a paid Zapier plan.
- A Scratcher plan with integrations, and a Scratcher login for the account you want to connect.
Set it up
- In Scratcher, go to Settings > Integrations and click Zapier.
- Click Set up on Zapier. You are taken to the Scratcher app on Zapier.
- Log in to Zapier (or create a free account) and accept the invitation to the Scratcher app.
- In Zapier, create a Zap and choose Scratcher as the trigger app.
- Connect your Scratcher account when Zapier asks you to: log in with your Scratcher email and password. If Scratcher shows an Authorization request, click Authorize.
- Choose the trigger and the campaign, and test the trigger, so Zapier gets an example lead.
- Add the action: the app you want to send the data to, and which Scratcher data goes into which field.
- Test the Zap and turn it on.
What Zapier can use
For each lead, Zapier gets the email address, phone number, the form fields, the date of the sign-up, the consents the person accepted and, for winners, the prize. Zapier checks for new leads regularly; how often depends on your Zapier plan.
Disconnect
Turn the Zap off in Zapier. To remove Zapier's access to Scratcher completely, go to Settings > API and click Revoke next to Zapier under Authorized apps.
Zapier or a native integration?
If your tool is in the list under Settings > Integrations, use that integration: it's faster, shows each delivery under Delivery status and needs no extra account. Use Zapier for everything else.
