See prize results
The campaign's Prizes tab shows Prizes, Won prizes, Redeemed prizes, Expired prizes, the Win rate and Remaining prizes. The table lists each prize with how many are won and left.
Find the winners
- On the campaign's Leads tab, set Winner status to Winners, or turn on Only prizes. Use Show codes to see the code each winner got.
- For draw prizes, click See winners on the Prizes tab.
- To get a list, export the leads with Export winners only. See Export your leads.
Give a prize by hand
- Open the lead (see Find and edit leads) and go to the Prizes tab.
- Click Add prize, choose the Campaign and the Prize, and click Create.
The prize counts against the quantity and gets a code if it uses codes. No email is sent by itself. Click Resend email if the winner should get the prize email.
Other actions on a won prize
On the lead's Prizes tab you can Resend email, Preview email, Reset expiry (give the winner more time) or Delete prize.
Get an email when a prize is won
Turn on Notify email on win on the prize's Settings tab and add the email addresses that should be told.
Contacting winners
Use the details from the sign-up form, and only contact people the way your terms and consent allow.
