Every campaign has its own dashboard with the numbers that matter for that campaign. It picks the cards for you, based on what the campaign contains: a form, a game, channels, click tracking, a calendar and so on.
Open the campaign dashboard
- Go to Campaigns.
- Open the campaign's Actions menu and click Dashboard. In the editor, you can also click View statistics.
- The dashboard opens on the Dashboard tab, showing the campaign's own period.
- Use the period picker at the top right to look at another period.
- Click the other tabs, such as Leads or Game data, to dig deeper.
At the top you see the campaign's name, its status (for example active or ended) and its dates. A campaign without an end date says Always on.
Choose the period
Open the period picker and choose:
- 1 Week, 1 Month, 6 Months or 12 Months: counting back from today.
- Total period: the campaign's own period, from its start date to its end date (or to today, if it hasn't ended). The picker then says Campaign period. This is the default.
- Custom: pick a start and an end date under Custom date range.
All cards follow the period you choose, except the Lead goal, which always counts the whole campaign.
Good to know: a period is always at least three days. If you pick a shorter range, the dashboard shows the last three days up to your end date.
The cards
The top row shows the most important numbers. Each number card has a small line chart with the trend, and a Total.
- Views: "Counts every view of the campaign." Each time the campaign is loaded counts as one view.
- Participants: "Counts every participation in the selected period, including repeat plays from the same participant." The conversion under it is participants ÷ interactions.
- Leads: "Counts every unique lead that has participated on the campaign." The conversion under it is leads ÷ interactions. If the campaign takes pre-registrations, the card also shows how many leads came from pre-registration, for example "Pre-registrations: 120 leads".
- Lead goal: your target number of leads, and how far you are. See below.
If the campaign has no form, Participants and Leads show Not tracked ("This campaign has no form, so participants aren't tracked. Add a form element to start collecting this data."). Instead of the lead goal, you then see Interactions, with the conversion interactions ÷ views.
Below the top row:
- Performance over time: a line chart, day by day. With a form, it shows Views, Participants and Leads, plus Recurring participants if people may take part more than once. Without a form, it shows Views, Interactions and, if the campaign has a game, Game completions.
- Devices: views split into desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Calendar completion: for calendar campaigns. For each door, how many different people opened it.
- Channels: "Breakdown by the channel visitors came in through (e.g. Facebook, email, in-store), including channel-less traffic." It shows views, participants and leads per channel. You only see it when the campaign has channels. See Track channels, Google Analytics and pixels.
- Visitor events: "Counts of custom tracking events configured on the campaign's elements, such as clicks." You only see it when you track clicks on buttons.
- Participation frequency: "How many times each participant took part, from once up to 10+, showing repeat-participation over the period." It's active when the campaign has a form and people may take part more than once.
What each number means exactly is explained in What the numbers mean.
Good to know: the numbers update every few minutes. Plays in the preview are not counted.
Set a lead goal
A lead goal shows how close you are to the number of leads you want. You need the right to edit campaigns.
- Click Set a goal on the Lead goal card.
- Under Lead target ("How many leads do you want to reach?"), enter a number, for example 500.
- Click Set goal.
The card then shows how many leads you have out of your target, and how many percent is complete, for example "62% complete". When you reach it, it says Goal completed!.
Under Estimated completion, you see how many days are probably left, for example "Est. 12 days left". The estimate uses the average number of new leads per day over the last seven days. If no leads came in during the last week, there's no estimate.
To change the target, click Edit goal, enter the new number and click Save goal. Until you set a goal, the card says No goal defined.
The tabs
Depending on the campaign, you see these tabs:
- Dashboard: the cards above.
- Leads: everyone who took part, with filters and export. See Find and edit leads.
- Prizes: prizes won, redeemed and left, and draws. See See your winners and handle prizes.
- Game data: quiz and poll answers, score predictions and gallery submissions. See Game data: answers, predictions and submissions.
- Products: shown when the campaign uses products. Campaign products shows Total products, and a table with each product's Image, Title, Views and Clicks. Search with Type to search….
- Emails: shown when the campaign sends emails. Campaign emails shows Sent emails, Opened emails, Clicked emails and Bounced emails, and a table with each Email and its Sent, Opens, Clicks, Bounces and Unsubscribes. See Send emails to your players.
- Leaderboard: shown when the campaign has a leaderboard. It lists the ranking. Click Show lead in a row's Actions to open that person.
- Custom dashboard: shown when you have made a custom dashboard for this campaign. See Dashboards: overview, custom dashboards and sharing.
The buttons at the top
Next to Edit campaign, you find:
- Report: creates a PDF performance report with AI-written insights. See Download a performance report.
- The three-dots Actions menu, with:
- Preview: opens the preview.
- Live and Embed live URL: open the live campaign, when it's active.
- Share: creates a read-only link to this dashboard. See below.
- Add custom dashboard: makes a dashboard for this campaign that you design yourself.
- Reset data: see below.
Share the dashboard
- Open the Actions menu and click Share.
- In Share dashboard, click Create link.
- Click Copy and send the link to a colleague or client.
"Anyone with this link can view the dashboard." They don't need to log in, and they can't change anything. They can pick a period and switch between light and dark mode. The page refreshes itself every 15 minutes.
To stop the link from working, click Reset link and confirm. "Anyone using the current link will lose access immediately." You get a new link to share again.
Sharing is part of the Basic plan and up, and you need the right to edit campaigns.
Start over after testing
Reset data in the Actions menu removes all leads and statistics of the campaign. Use it after testing, before launch. You are asked to confirm in Reset campaign data, and it can't be undone.
The new look
The first time you open a campaign dashboard, it says "Your campaign dashboard has a new look". The dashboard now picks the cards for you, and you can no longer move them. Two terms were renamed: impressions are now called Views, and unique participants are now called Leads. Want your own layout? Click Open custom dashboard, or add one from the Actions menu. Click Got it to close the message.
