Find and edit leads # Find and edit leads Search all your leads, filter a campaign's leads, see everything about one person, give a prize, resend to an integration, edit or delete a lead. A lead is a person who has signed up in one of your campaigns. If the same person takes part in several campaigns, they are one lead with all their activity. ## All leads 1. Go to **Campaigns** and click **Leads**. 2. Search by email, phone number or custom token. 3. Choose which columns to show. Every field you collect can be a column, besides **Email**, **First name**, **Phone number**, **Created at**, **Last activity** and **Campaigns**. 4. Click a lead's **Actions** to open (**Overview**), **Edit** or **Delete** it. The page title shows how many leads you have, for example "Leads (1,250)": "An overview of all your leads and the data collected about them." ## The leads of one campaign 1. Open the campaign's dashboard. 2. Click the **Leads** tab (**Campaign leads**). 3. Search by name or email. 4. Filter if you like: - **Winner status**: **Winners** or **Non-winners**. - **Only prizes**: only people who won one of the prizes you pick. - **Filter by date**: only people who took part in a period. Clear it with **Clear date range**. 5. Click **View lead** to see everything about one person. The list shows **Name**, **Type**, the email or phone number, **Participated at** and, where used, **Prizes**, **Channels**, **Drawing tickets** and **Lucky number guesses**. You can also show **IP address** and **Action data** (the clicks you track). Each lead shows how many prizes it won, for example "Prizes won · 2". Click **Show codes** to see the prize codes. ## Look at one lead Click a lead to open **Lead details**: - **Overview**: **Prizes won**, **Last activity**, **Accepted permissions**, **Data points** and **Engagement time**. - **Activity**: what the person did, and when, per campaign. - **Campaigns**: the campaigns they took part in, and whether they are **Subscribed** or **Unsubscribed**. Click **Dashboard** to open that campaign's dashboard. - **Data**: everything they entered in forms, **Game data**, uploaded **Files** and **Data action** entries (clicks you track). Search with **Search by field or value…** or **Filter by date**. - **Prizes**: the prizes they won. - **GDPR**: the consents they accepted, with text and time, and the **Subscribed campaigns**. - **Integrations**: the "Last five integration logs.": whether the lead was sent to your other tools (**Succeeded** or **Failed**). ## Edit a lead's data 1. Open the lead and go to the **Data** tab. 2. Double-click a value to edit it ("Double-click to edit"), or click **Add data** to add a field. 3. Save your change. To remove a value or a file, use **Delete data** or **Delete file**. ## Give a prize by hand 1. Open the lead and go to the **Prizes** tab. 2. Click **Add prize**. 3. Choose the campaign under **Select campaign** and the prize under **Select prize**. 4. Click **Create**. On the **Prizes** tab, you can also send a preview of the prize-winner email: enter an email address and click **Send preview**. ## Send a lead to an integration again If a lead could not be sent to one of your tools, the **Integrations** tab shows **Failed**. Fix the problem in the integration, then click **Resend**. See [Delivery status](https://scratcher.io/help/integrations/delivery-status). ## Remove a participation On the **Campaigns** tab, click **Remove participation** to remove the person from one campaign. They stay a lead in your account. ## Delete a lead 1. Open the lead's **Actions** and click **Delete**. 2. Confirm **Delete lead**. The lead and all their data are deleted for good. Use this when a person asks to have their data deleted.
