Our pricing is based on 2 variables: the feature and service package type, and the number of monthly participants. Once you’ve decided on the right plan, choose your preferred subscription period. You will save up to 17% on a yearly subscription plan compared to a 3-month plan.
Payment is made in one upfront installment (so if you purchase a plan for one year, you will pay for one year upfront).
Absolutely not. No setup fees and no hidden gimmicks.
A lead/participant means anyone who participates by, but not limited to, giving permission to collect information or to be contacted.
You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type and adding or removing participants. To change your plan, simply reach out to our customer success team.
You can upgrade your participant limit by contacting our customer success team.
If you need additional time to test out the product, you may want to explore a 3-month or 12-month subscription plan.
When you have reached the end of your 14-day trial you will be notified and will have a grace period of 30 days, starting from the expiration date, to upgrade to a paid solution. You will no longer be able to create new campaigns; however, your account will remain active. If you do not upgrade to a paid subscription plan by the end of the grace period, your free trial campaigns and content will be deleted.

Users can be organized into teams and given access to different tools and functionalities. This will allow Admin users to keep better control of the people who use the platform and what kind of data they have access to.
